40hp Fishing Boat Policies

NO refunds for single day reservations! This includes weather, change of plans, etc. 

You must arrive 15-20min before your rental departure time to ensure you recieve your full rental time.

Important Information

1. No refunds for inclement weather. No exceptions.                                                                        

2. Changes can be made to multi-day reservations up to 7 days prior to pick-up by calling us at 301-387-5536. A $50.00 change fee will be assessed for the change. No changes can be made to your reservation within 7 days of your pickup date.

3. If you need to cancel your multi-day reservation 7 days prior to your pick-up date, you will receive all of your deposit back, except $50.00. If you need to cancel your multi-day reservation within 7 days of pick-up, you will forfeit your deposit.

4. During your rental, if you would like to extend your reservation, you may do so in person at the rental dock. You will be charged the difference between the rate of your current rental period and the rate of your desired rental period.

5. Gasoline is NOT included in the price of the rental. The boat will be filled with gas at the start of your rental. Upon return, the boat will be filled back up with gas and you will be charged for the amount used. If you make a service call because the boat ran out of gas, you will be charged $50.00 plus the cost of the gas.

6. Rental boats are NOT equipped with lights, except for the 40 hp fishing boats. Therefore, your boat must be docked by sunset.
